Im a newb, what are Norcal floormats? I ordered a set of Lloyds for my 2002 but the came with the wrong Logo and said Viper SRT10 which were for the 2003+.

The Northern California club used to sell custom made floor mats with a lot of logo/script and color options. I bought a set for my Gen 2 with just a blue/white Sneaky Pete logo and they were really, really nice. Much better than the Lloyds I have in my Gen 4.

NorCal Stopped selling them due to a conflict with Chrysler. They were awesome mats.

Chrysler has put the Kabosh on all kinds of stuff lately (see MGW for example) and it has been a kick in the nuts for the Viper community. It's not like they clamped down and started making the items internally. They just stopped everyone else from making them so we have much fewer options now.
