This email went out to all previous members that I have emails for. But I thought I would post on the forum so that anyone who wants to be a charter member is now aware.



I just had meeting with the new VOA National Officers and all the Presidents. The told me that all members who register by December 31, 2013 will be come a charter member. You will be listed on the forum as a charter member forever on the VOA website. After December 31, 2013 they will stop the charter member status.

I just wanted to make sure I communicate this to you so if you want this status you can register.




Also the VOA gives us 50% of the membership dues. So if you do the standard or mamba membership we get half the money. So far we have had 80% sign up for the mamba membership. This has a great impact on our region budget for next year. Do whatever membership you feel comfortable with.




I have 4 after the holiday parties being planned for February and we give our gifts so some of the dues go for these parties and many other things. These parties will be in the following areas: Reading, PA, Erie, PA, Pittsburgh, PA and West Virginia. More details will follow.
