We’re pleased to announce the formation of a new region -- the North Texas Region. By popular demand, Viper owners requested that we form a VOA region in the Dallas area. The president is none-other-than Wayne Rauh, co-owner of the world’s largest Viper collection. Please join us in welcoming Wayne Rauh and the North Texas Region to VOA. We're proud to have them as part of the growing VOA family. This brings us to 36 regions in our first year.

While attending Petit Le Mans at Road Atlanta, I was approached by Wayne Rauh with an idea of starting a VOA North Texas Region. Wayne said there was a very enthusiastic group of Viper owners in the North Texas/Dallas areas that had no club representation. After returning home to Ohio, I brought VOA National VP Alex Ristanovic into our discussions. Wayne has assembled a great group of Viper fanatics in what will be a very strong and active VOA region. :)

With VOA North Texas now along side the VOA South Central Texas and VOA Houston regions, they can now bring all Texas Viper owners the ultimate Viper experience. This 3rd VOA Texas region completes the VOA's geographical presence in the Lone Star State.

Now I need to expand the database limit for member owned additional 2nd, 3rd,... and 70th+ Vipers.

Couldn't think of a better leader for a region than Wayne (and D'Ann). There's actually been a push from non-club members and past (old club) members looking for a real club region in that area. So he'll get off the blocks quicker than is typical with new regions. However, if he chooses, he'll still have the 4th largest region if he registers all his vipers individually... ;.)

I need to join and get a jacket. I'm glad this has happened. DFW seems to have a sizable crowd and piggybacking on Houston or OKC didn't make sense for me.
