A speed record last week on a rocket-powered bicycle that reached 207 miles per hour. The rocket bicycle was powered by hydrogen-peroxide and strapped to the back of an elongated bicycle. François Gissy, 32, recorded the highest speeds ever on a rocket-powered bicycle, leaving a Ferrari in the dust in tests at a French racetrack.

The bike was able to reach top speed in just 4.8 seconds. Gissy said that with the intense wind that came with riding at 207 miles per hour, he's "lucky his head is still bolted on his body."

When I read the title I said no way. When I saw the video I was hard pressed to see the photoshop/massaged video aspect of this clip. However, if its true, how in the hell did he hold on.....

What can you say to that? Crazy impressive stuff! Good thing he had a lot of pavement to slow down on. :)

Well after growing up with a wussy name like Francois Gissy, I'd say he was highly motivated to show the world he had them! lol
Ever hear "A boy named Sue" by Johnny Cash?
