Fastest trap speed stock gen 5 viper?

Well I decided to go back to the track since I was only able to get one run in. Car is 100% stock with about 3/4 tank of fuel and all runs were made back to back with no cool down.

With the traps speed of 131.97 it looks like it might be the fastest stock Gen V trap speed.

Thanks. I was at Cecilcounty Dragstrip where the DA was around 1000' when I ran tonight instead of Atco.

That is more like it. Great driving...Hands down the fastest trap of any absolutely stock G5 Viper. That's pretty much 132mph...

Great times. What RPM are you launching at and are you slipping the clutch...using the Launch Control Function..or just popping the clutch and going. Also do you think its possible to get the 60' times down to 1.6/1.7 on street tires.

Good seeing you to this morning at C&C was packed with some nice looking cars. The bugs were ridiculous I don't know where they all came from but there gone now.

Thanks. I set out with the goal of hitting 130mph trap so I was pleasantly surprised when I got the time slip.

Iam launching the car at about 3-3.5k rpm and slipping the clutch. I didn't even try launch control. I think it is possible to bet 1.7 60' times if the track is prepped well.

Temps were in the mid to upper 60's that night.

You have inspired me. I didn't want to take the Viper down the 1/4 mile. If it cools off one night, I will shoot for a 130 mph pass. I noticed your mph dropped as you made more passes. That has to be from the air box heating up. Thanks for passing along your time slips. That was great driving.

My fastest run was actually the second to last. I just posted the slips from fastest to slowest. These runs were all done pretty much back to back without any cool down times.
