Problems with CD version of 2013 Service Manual

I just purchased a CD version of the 2013 Service Manual from Chrysler Tech Authority so I know its legit.

I installed the SVG reader as the instructions said, and I can get the title page of the manual. When I try to get any data, It says nothing is available for that model.

I seem to remember a couple of years ago that there was a quirk to get it to work. Does anyone remember?

I am running Windows 7 and i.e. 10 or 11 (I cant remember)

Hi, Steve...have had multiple problems with 08, 09, and 2014 Service Manuals on CD purchased from Tech Authority...the worst was 2008. It would never play on my XP computer...and, it took two professional techs over an hour to figure a way into it on Vista.

Switch between browsers (such as Chrome and Internet Explorer)
and you may get lucky. It still takes me 6-8 steps to open any of the above.

If you need more, call me and I'll spin one up and tell you the steps as I go.

Adjust the time on your computer back to June 2013. See if that helps. I had to do that with Helm Inc CDs(Ford OEM service manual CDs) and it worked after
