Looking to change Stereo in 2001 RT/10

Hi - Does anyone know a good guy / company that can change the stereo in my 2001 RT/10. I hear most guys are hacks and as I am getting a new interior from Venzano I would like to up my sound system. My car is at Tator's now but I am in the Danbury area.
