This is such a load of crap, I've been using my VIN's to bring my father to SRT Track Experience since 2008, and prior to that we used his VIN's to go to track experience. Now this Viper Track Experience is "GEN V OWNER ONLY" bullshit all your other track experiences from Abarth to SRT Track Experience we can swap VIN's all we want. So with my dad owning two gen 4 Viper's and a ton of other SRT Vehicles, it's still not justifiable to use one of my multiple Viper VIN's for him?

That's a serious flaw. There is no reason for that kind of limitation. If you bought 2 Gen V's who's business is it who uses them. I understand slightly about guests' not being able to pay a little more to drive due to wanting to give maximum time to the real owners. But if you have 2 use them how you want. It doesn't look like there are going to be that many making the first event anyway due to such short notice. By letting you use both now that would give them more availability at another location.

SRT is still a small operation, they're not going to do everything exactly as we'd all like. Give them some credit for upping the game with an actual track event with Vipers. Big improvement over the previous program, if you ask me.

Really dude? It's perfectly excusable for them to half ass things, I paid for two cars, I have two VIN's. I have been going to track experience with my father since 2006. It's our thing, and this bullshit because it's a Viper event only the OWNER can drive? really so my spouse can't drive one because the car is titled to me? My father can't use one of my credits? Give me a break dude. These aren't Miata's they're Vipers, they're expensive as hell.

Small programs like the Viper program are not big budget like GM's Corvette program. You can't please all of the people all of the time.

At least he answered you, how many CEOs would even be accessible? Tim and crew have done a lot for the Viper program. Dropping the MSRP and the $15K vouchers are huge, and likely saved the Viper program. Gotta take the bad with the good, roll with the punches.

Well I'm home, and after spending an hour and a half on the phone with SRT people, and then emailing Tim, and getting dick responses from everyone and their mother, I decided to sink down to their level. I've got the follower count, clearly I have mastered photoshop a lot better than jackratchet over at allpar. I figured I'd post something that clearly gets the point across.

Well, I'm glad you know SRT so well, do tell who do you speak with, regarding SRT Track Experience besides calling the number listed on their website? Also do you know who you reach when you call that number, you reach JR Thompson, while they may say that they're SRT. They're contractors for SRT that run the program that are employed by JR Thompson, they are also responsible for merchandising and social media.

Actually, I was fine, sweet, and almost down right begging right before the asshole remark from the SRT Rep, "well did your father buy the car, did your wife by the car? No" No, but I did and I'm paying $200 for the wife as a guest, and I'd like to use my second VIN for my father since Track Experience is something we've been doing together since 2006. "Nope, looks like you get to go twice" well there is no point in going if I can't bring my dad along, if I wanted to do a solo track day, I have two of my own Viper's to choose from and a local track. This was supposed to be a fun filled day for My dad, Mahsa, and I.

I received the invitation in the mail today. Very clear it's for new GenV owners. Not sure what the meltdown is all about. Seems SRT went out of their way to create a track program for GenV owners which I think is wonderful. No need to shit all over them over it.

If they won't see it your way. Use your second one at a different event. Maybe with Andy and Tony next time. I don't really agree with their position, but it's their game and their rules. I am happy that for the first time I am going to my SRT event to drive a car like I bought not Neons, Calibers, Magnums and Chargers.
