Well it's not a Gen V Viper but it is a badass SRT. I just picked up a Black Crystal Pearl 2015 SRT Grand Cherokee. It was a good time (80K miles) to trade my 2009 SRT Jeep and I was pleased at how valuable it still is relative to what it cost new.
What a leap in technology these new SRT's are on the inside. At least I'll have all the new electronic interfaces figured out by the time I'm ready for a Gen 5/6 Viper.
I've heard rumors that this may be the end for the SRT GC even though it is the best seller. Basically because it does not have a home (it's not a Dodge like all the other SRT's). I hope it is untrue but I had to have a new one just in case.
Sorry, I don't have pics yet but I'll post some soon if anyone wants to see it.

Black Crystal Pearl is one of those 'alive' colors that just cannot be captured in a still photo. In shade or overcast it almost looks semi-flat black. In direct sun, depending on the refraction angle relative to your line-of-sight, its got an iridescent sheen of 6 colors in microscopic pinpoints. In spotty sun/bright sky, its still a 3rd black sheen, but not a 'metallic'.
I normally don't like Black cars, too much work; but BCP is a Great Color and even fun to detail ! Buy that Mequire's Black spray detailer...really.

JonB is right. I initially didn't want Black but when I saw this thing in the sun it was "wow" . I tried to capture the pearl in some of these pics:

Here's my old SRT Jeep. The dealer liked it so much they decided to keep it (instead of wholesaling it). Anyone looking for a well maintained 2009 then this one is for you:

One of my family members just picked up a white '15 SRT GC. What an awesome machine!

Very nice! Be sure to take it to the track! You will be amazed at what those things will do on a road course. Did that a few weeks ago and I will never be the same. ;)

You are crazy if you think the SRT GC is going anywhere. It is currently one of the best selling of the SRT family

Shipping out a Billet Silver Jeep today, and keep in mind about the future, the rumors were rampant it would not be built in 2015 ----- hmmm, seems you are driving one, ha,ha!!!
Enjoy , fantastic machine!
Best "family" car we've ever owned! Never forgot the ride I had in one at an SRT Experience and made it happen.

AGREED 100%, especially in the WET! NARRA had one as the Pace Car at NJ last year, and it was right after a tropical/hurricane. The transponder system says my SRT Jeep had more laps that weekend than any other vehicle!
We were giving drivers, crews, spectators lottsa rides in condition that were jut not race-able.... and I was able to 'plow' the water-puddles at the low corners, and blast the water off the track. Total control.
That SRT Jeep is AWESOMENESS....

Got to drive the new arrival for about 150 miles this weekend... What an absolute beast! Can't believe how fast and agile it was so such a late vehicle!
