and when they hit in the 50's years from now you'll still be waiting for them to get cheaper.
Hell of a deal on that car for someone. Really like that silver.

Damn, at that price I'll teach the wife how to drive a manual! That's about the MSRP of the SRT Grand Cherokee she likes.

The dealership site shows it at 90K. Now if they really are offering it to anyone, voucher or not, for 71K as you say. I guess I can use my voucher for another 15K off. I would go there tomorrow for a 56K Gen V. Mathematically this would not be reality though.

Killer deal. That car won't last..

Car really isn't a deal. MSRP should be around $87k (new price) all it has are matte wheels.
They are advertising the price with the voucher.
So, if you have a voucher, it isn't bad I guess. Not saying it isn't a good price but it you have a voucher you aren't getting it for $56

Ole Newport trying to stir the pot again. Newport with all of these price reductions you could surely afford a vert conversion at this point right? What color did you go with?

Where is this 71k number coming from? The advertised price is already including the 15k MSRP adjustment. So even if you have a voucher, or they knock an extra 15k off for anyone, that's still 75k........................Plus destination, PDI, Tax, doc fees, etc.

I called there last week the day after the price reduction and it seemed like he wasn't willing to negotiate much off of the original sticker minus the $15k so I was surprised to see these crazy low advertised prices.

There are quite a few dealerships advertising the cars with the voucher price reduction. But, they won't sell them at that price unless you have the voucher. Pretty shady advertising, IMHO.
But those of us that DID buy a car, and DO have a voucher - well, we sort of have it badass and those who missed the bus can complain some more :)
BTW, the link you provided has had the price updated. It is now $90K. So, your point is dumb. Like usual.

If they are reported to Chrylser they will adjust. They are not allowed to advertise voucher pricing as the voucher is not "public" pricing which it says on the ticket.

Just talked to the dealer, the $71K price is an error. The correct price of $90K is listed on their website.

Lol! I got some great die cast models. Even bought a model four post lift for them. Heeyyyyy I spent more on these models/toys than all of these keyboard gangsters on these boards whom haven't even purchased that much!

So i went to look at this car and talked with the dealership yesterday. It's a real nice car, even for a "stripped down" SRT model. I think the cloth seats and matte black wheels worked well together and grew on me. I could see adding custom matte black vinyl graphics to the hood and blacking out the tail light panel with matte finish would be a real nice compliment to the silver color.
But they would not budge from the $90K price. Granted, I'm in NO position to buy such an expensive car and had little to offer in return without giving up my RT10(which i won't because i LOVE the convertible.) So take solace Gen V land, your cars haven't dropped in value so much as to let a new one off the lot for less than $90K or to get low life like me into them just yet. ;)
The salesman said that the info on the car was loaded onto Cars.com by Chrysler itself and that no one at the dealership had control over it. IDK how much of that is true, but i have no way of proving him wrong either.

And the good news keeps on coming. I haven't seen my 2013 in over a month because they can't fix the door handle issue. This thing is killing me, I've owned the thing for 2.5 months and it's been at the dealer for the last month. Sorry, I'm just disappointed and the news doesn't seem to ever be getting better, just worse. JD

But the discounts and vouchers have fixed the defective door handles, horns, & rear window shatters!
Seriously that's frustrating. Several of us had our horns randomly sounding, myself included. Pulled the fuse as I don't trust the average dodge dealer to put air in the tires, let alone butcher a steering wheel. Hope it gets sorted soon.

I had them install headers, cats, and exhaust package too. That went well I've been told. The car also went in with a rear hatch problem that I've been told has been repaired as well. It's just the door handle they can't seem to fix. For the last two weeks I've been communicating directly with SRT, while they've been very nice things have been moving along at a very slow pace. I'm supposed to hear back from them tomorrow, one thing I can say is they always get back to me when they say they will. But doesn't SRT build these things? How can this be such a problem? JD

Parts shortages perhaps? Guess u trust the dealer more than me. What's the issue with the door? Pop open?

Won't open sometimes and sometimes it pops open, though it has only popped open when it was parked and unlocked. I don't trust the dealer really at all, it's SRT that has been reassuring me these last two weeks. As far as the part goes that took three weeks to get before I could even drop the car off, that was back in late July when they ordered the part. JD

It's been speculated that it's water related. Did you wash the car in the whopping one month u had it? Get caught in a heavy rain? Several of these have been addressed already from what I've read so it's nothing new. Can't even say it's an early build issue as several 14 TA's had it.

They told me they could tell there was a problem by pulling up info through the car computer. I think it's more than just moisture, they said they replaced the part and it's still not working properly. SRT said they were sending someone out last week and would get back to me by this Wednesday. My guess is that the person they sent out gets there tomorrow so I guess I'll get some news tomorrow. Hopefully some good news. I really love the car. Thx for responding Policy. JD
