Been going back and forth all day wondering if I should pursue this and throw out an offer. Anyone have anymore info on this car? Think I could bargain with the recent 15k price adjustment here?:witless:

About $30,000 overpriced

Wouldn't pay that for a salvaged title.

I agree - I think it's priced a bit high (not saying it negatively) for any meaningful negotiations

Bit high? Lol you think? 72 grand for a wrecked G5.. If it was fixed and perfect its worth 60K maybe* with a salvaged title.
Been on ebay fooooorrrrrreverrrrrr.
Like others say, about $20k too high IMO.

Agree with these guys. BUT if you could get it for around $50K that would be an excellent track car! Damn, now you've got me thinking about it... ;)

1 Why not fix it?
2. Why salvage title?
3. Location?
4 The car that hit the wall at dragstrip last year?

Murpowa, this one has an asking price of 8K less, plus the frame work on the rear is much easier (and lower cost) than the one you posted.
With the new discounts on G5's its a crap shoot to predict used prices until the spring market next year.
I personally wouldn't want to be in a salvaged and totally fixed G5 for more than $50-$55K
Good luck Mike

For $79K, you can buy my previous 2013 SRT Track Pack car, which I traded in yesterday. Info in here:

Way overpriced as well - roof (which comprises the rear quarter) is something like $15k+

I have an email in to Bernie about it actually. I bet it will sell quickly, if it hasn't already.

This car is fucked and not worth the 72k. I can get a brand new TA for that price.

Voice of reason - that sounds like a dare for 2doorrocket :D
On a serious note, a looming question as a prospective buyer seeking advice from Viper owners; what effect will the announcement of MSRP reduction on Gen V or the roll out of TA 2.0's have on Gen IV cars, specifically the ACR's? Is it wise to be patient and see what happens to the market?

I love your informative posts. Tell us more about this dealer willing to sell TAs for 18k off the new MSRP. You should buy a couple of them. Then trade them in on some Porsches. Or something.

You mad that I walked away with a Red GTS 139k msrp for 100k and a Launch Edition 140k msrp for 88k? Why would I tell you which dealers I target, so you can go buy one for the price I get my cars at? Lol...

I don't think he is mad. He is simply the voice of reason. :)
We all know the TA's were never marked down nearly as far as the overbloated GTS cars were. The TA's were actually selling, with minimal discounts.

Doesn't mean a random small time dealer somewhere got one that hasn't sold so far and is in a panic to get rid of the car. Lol...
