Post here if you didn't receive the viper voucher that everyone else did. Below is some info that has been floating around.
All who got them were delivered yesterday September 10th next day air UPS.
Some got 2 of them.
I placed a call to SRT and then was transferred to Chrysler incentives. The customer service rep stated that the voucher mailing is handled by a third party company who sends out these vouchers as a lottery system. She claimed that only 799 of these coupons have been issued in the US.
Official press release from drivesrt: "In addition to the new starting price, all existing Gen 5 Viper owners will get a certificate worth $15,000 that can be redeemed toward the purchase of a new Dodge Viper. This $15,000 certificate is in addition to the $15,000 price reduction".
So, I would just like to gather up a list of who didn't get one so we can get to the bottom of this and find out why we didn't get one and when we will able able to get one.

I'd give it a few days, before raising the flag. Unless you are buying this weekend. They might be going out in waves.

I didn't receive it yet unless it came in today. I'm the original owner, purchased about 4 months ago. I would think it was just a mailing error. I'll ask Bernie at Tomball about it if I don't see it by the close of business tomorrow.

you would think a dealer could access the info on who is good to get the voucher, even if the person does not have the paper one in hand.

The voucher states they will honor lost vouchers and describes the process the dealer needs to do to reclaim the number. I posted a pic of that in a thread yesterday, if you're intent on buying immediately I'd have your dealer go that route.

We got one yesterday. Give it a few days... If you're in a hurry talk to your selling dealer, maybe they can check on it for you.

I don't think the people who have not gotten the first one will get the second one. I called the incentive hotline and they said only 799 coupons will be issued. The official press release said all viper owners. Quite short of all the vipers sold.
I think we need to find out who to call to find out if they can do something for us. I would like to buy a ta but this is holding me back.

Curious, but has anyone that purchased a 2014 model new received one? I wonder if all 2013 buyers got theirs first. Mine was the 39th car built, from the custom ordered cars.

800 sounds right as with a near 500 supply of unsold new cars when they issued the certs, and only around 1,300 cars total built I believe for 13' and 14', that means everyone who bought prior will get a cert. I would wait a few days. If you bought new, then you are guaranteed a cert.
It will come and you can run up and down the street like Charlie in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory with your golden ticket.
Man I wish I could pick up a new one now. Just not right timing in life by about 4-6 months.

I bought a 2014 in January and I got mine UPS on the 10th. It said all 2013 and 14 will get one. It has your vin # on it.

The release I saw said "current" owners, not original owners. The quote above says "existing" owners, not original owners. So what is the real story?
I did not buy new, and have not received a certificate, but I am a current, existing owner of a 13.

From my understanding if you bought new. They sold some cars in Canada and overseas. I do not think that those people are eligible

You are only to get one if you bought new. Used does not qualify. The language of the statement was poor.

Enclosed you will find a $15,000.00 certificate designated for you or a family member of your household to redeem toward the purchase of a new 2015 Viper. Keep in mind the post I placed that the Vouchers are being redone for a typo, so folks will be getting second ones. Supposedly some were delayed as they were not going to send out the original since it was being redone.

Nothing yet. Called SRT but they said they had no specific information and I just needed to wait.
I'm not in a hair-on-fire, need it today kind of situation as I plan to use it for a '16 or '17, but the uncertainty from knowing so many others have already received both the first and correct vouchers without me getting so much as an anticipatory letter kinda sucks.

After working with Viper customer care (thanks for posting the contact info!) over the past two weeks, I was just notified they will be shipping my certificate next week! I would recommend that anyone who believes they qualify for the certificate and has not yet received one, to contact Viper customer care so they can get you taken care of.

Okay, here are some of the reasons folks could be having problems;
1. Address for titling is not the same as the home address. Example; Owner titles in Montana for his Corporation, but lives in Texas.
2. Customer has moved and it was sent to a previous address.
3. ( The Bad one ). Dealer sold the car to a Franchise owner, dropped the NVDR ( new vehicle dealer report ) in his name as sold, and then sold later to a consumer. Sorry, you are now actually the second owner and you will not see a Voucher. Know of at least one case where this occurred and the consumer is trying to get the Dealer to buy it back.
4. Confusion over owner if put in a Business Name.
Now , get ahold of your Dealer, have him input your name under the Incentives Configurator on Dealer Connect ( his access to Chrysler's Internet Dealer Network) , plug in your name and zip code as it should appear on your title/registration and your name should come up with a TDM ( Targeted Direct Mailer). This is how a Dealer checks to make sure you have a legitimate Voucher, which he has to clarify to get reimbursed, so you may find out there is a listing for your Voucher even if you did not receive. Checked a gentleman's TDM last week to verify his Voucher as he did not receive one. He had moved due to a divorce and his mail is not being forwarded. No problem , no Voucher, but he is listed under the TDM needed to verify he is a legitimate recipient.
Hope this is helpful, guys/gals?
