fog lights

when the Gen V first came out, a lot of people (including me) were complaining that it didn't have fog lights, a classic Viper feature. The response was always "fog lights add unnecessary weight"

I might just be exposing my ignorance here, but it seems to me that if they're too heavy for a street car they should definitely not be included on a race car? Looks much more aggressive with them in my opinion

The issue was not weight, but cost.
If weight was a true concern they would not be adding more sound deadening to the 2014 models to quiet them down.
