View Full Version : The Viper Pit at Woodhouse and Explanation on Vouchers

Figured I should post on here about the most frequent question we have been getting on the Vouchers for the Gen Vs. First, simply take 15,000 off of every single car we have on our website( www.woodhouse.com ). That is simply the new MSRP and nothing more for you as a consumer. So if a TA is 120,480 it is now 105,480 and then we can negotiate from there based on your trade or other criteria. Now if you purchased a 2013 or 2014 , new, then you will receive a voucher for another 15K. The key word here is new, you will not get a voucher if you bought the Viper on the used market. I felt I should bring this up as this has been the single biggest question we have been getting from owners , and frankly it carries over to other years also. Many have also asked if they will get a Voucher for the 2010 ( for example ) they bought new and still have, and the answer is a simple no. Only the original buyer of a 2013 or 2014 will receive the Voucher and older models or used purchases will not get this benefit. It was designed just to balance out the pricing for the buyers that had purchased prior to the new structure...........unheard of in the automotive industry!!
So check out our inventory ( Orange TA is sold , Stryker Green GTS is sold, one of the white TAs is sold at present) subtract 15K, and another if you have a voucher. Then call on your trade ( any year) and we will see if we can put a new Snake in your garage.
Another place to view things is at Woodhouse Motorsports Facebook page, which is where Mark Jorgensen , Woodhouse Motorsports Director, posts all kinds of cool stuff he does in his shop.
Hope this helpful!?

Just saw a copy of the voucher, only one voucher per transaction for those that have multiple Gen 5's.

And so it follows that a used Gen V trade valuation also takes at least a $!5K hit.

I emailed you... Let's see if we can make the magic unfold.
Bill, probably a stupid question, but is the $15k voucher earned for previously buying a Gen V transferable?

Bill,
Quick question.....if you bought a Gen 5 new and sold it prior to all this new voucher stuff, do you still get the $15k voucher?
If you've bought two Gen 5's and get two vouchers, can they both be used ($30k value) on the purchase of a new Gen 5 or is it one voucher per transaction?
My voucher states that they cannot be stacked, only one can be used per car.

I was all like so can we do invoice minus holdback, mark it as a demo and discount using 25k credit, then use both my 15k vouchers and trade in my Charger and walk away with your white
TA free and clear.

Swexlin - if you pull the trigger on a Gen V, I would really enjoy meeting up (possibly cars and coffee) and talking over the car

Bill.
Thanks for posting this information.
If I understand your post correctly, the $15,000 voucher can be used towards the purchase of a new 2014 Viper. Is that correct?
After reading the letter that was sent with my voucher, it states it is to be used towards the purchase of a new 2015 Viper. Can you clarify which model years the voucher is valid for?
