As many of you know, I have been dealing with issues since I bought my car in April. I am also waiting on ISG to help me replace or order a new viper. What you didn't know is that privately I had been keeping Mark Trostle and Ralph abreast of my ownership saga, and Friday of last week the following things showed up on my doorstep. Show me another bunch of CEO's who listen and reach out to do what they can to show their support like this...
That carbon snake scale is from the background of the NY reveal for the Gen V. Google image search the pics if you don't believe it. Also included were the poster and the limited-run un-purchasable Viper hotwheels they had made for the reveal and press. Mark also told me that Hotwheels cant even sell it this color without stripes on it by contract. Signed by both Ralph and Mark.

Now, for all the haters who said the car was too expensive, and that SRT wasn't listening... Mark, Ralph, and Tim have all answered.. time to buy in, there's nowhere to go but up.

ISG. Isn't that the repurchase coordinators? What's up with your Viper?

I've met several of the SRT Team and they are all standout guys and gals. They've earned my respect and loyalty many times over.
Good luck with your car.

Dick winkles helped me on a 2010 jeep SRT that I bought new and the engine was knocking really bad with only 2000 miles on it.

SRT are all good people, behind the scenes. It has always just been the public sharing of product info and marketing, that lacks. Hope they are working on that, too.

I used to tweet the then CEO about my build and he'd tweet back. I find it incredible!

Everyone on the Viper team are stand up guys and gals. They believe in their product and help in any way they can, even outside the company.
