Window one-touch operation

So my driver window sometimes will go up with one touch, but often will not, requiring me to hold the button during the rising process. Anyone else had this problem? Simple fix?

Is your window indexing (going down 1/2") when you open your door and then going back up when you close it? Twice now my drivers window has freaked out and lost its window indexing. It's aggregating because when it happens the window won't drop when you open, so it scrapes the roof, and then when you close it bangs against the roof!

There's a procedure that I found on here (or the old site maybe) that involves holding the up button for 5-10 seconds and then holding the down button 5-10 seconds and repeating that multiple times. The only advice I have there is it only works if the window doesn't "auto down" on you after you hold up for 5-10 seconds. You'll know what I mean by this if you ever go through this.

I've got the same issue. Yesterday the dealer "re-learned" the position stops for me.
