‘Tis the season to drive COTA! The Circuit of the Americas (COTA) track in Austin, Texas, is the newest and highest rated Formula One track in the world! COTA is quite simply the ultimate bucket list item for track rats and race enthusiasts alike. Driving COTA at speed is a sensation you have to feel to believe. For this holiday season, give the gift of COTA to the VOA member who has everything, or treat yourself to the awesome thrills only an F1 track and Viper can produce together. Get your Viper out of its winter hibernation to stretch its legs across COTA\'s 3.427 miles of smooth asphalt, snake along 20 of the sexiest curves in racing history and race over 133 feet of elevation changes… come let your Viper play in its natural habitat!<br />
COTA may be the most expensive and exclusive track in the nation to rent privately, in 2015 it will be even harder and more expensive to rent, however, on December 13th, 2014, South Central Texas VOA is very excited to have reserved a single track day at Circuit Of The Americas strictly for VOA members for the unheard of deal of just $595 per driver! This price includes track rental, safety staff, instructors, dinner and event shirt. While you\'re at it, bring along a guest to be your pit crew and cheer you on for only $95! Guest fee includes the after-track dinner and access to the track paddock areas. As VOA members, here\'s your chance to run the same asphalt as Wittmer, Farnbacher, Bomarito, and the entire Viper GTSR team!<br />
This is not lead/follow, it will be an open track day with liberal passing in four run groups of 35 cars; beginner, intermediate, advanced, and pro, so no matter what level experience you are or what type of Viper you have, we WILL accommodate you! Each group will receive five 20 minute sessions during the day. Instructors will be provided to all and will assist and coach you through this very technical track.<br />
Don\'t worry about the weather, While most of the country is under ice and snow, Austin Texas is a mild 70 degrees, with the only ice to be seen floating in your sweet tea by the pool. It is the perfect time to come enjoy the world\'s best F1 track at Circuit Of The Americas!<br />
MORE THAN TRACK<br />
But wait, there\'s more. To make this more fun, South Central Texas has planned an optional Hill Country Cruise on Friday, followed by a BBQ crawl dinner in historic Lockhart, TX, as well as an optional brunch cruise on Sunday morning. Activities are also available on Saturday for guests who don\'t want to hang out at the track but may want to check out Austin\'s shopping mecca or San Marcos Outlet Malls.<br />
