Autostrade Glen Cove, LI

Went up to Glen Cove last night with the FE and saw a few other Vipers there, Green GenIV (ITS FST), Grey GenII ACR (VENOMUSS), and a 97 B/W. Anyone here?

Also we should try to get a good group going, it's a pretty good time with some unique cars showing up. Had a Saleen S7 parked next to a t-Rex parked next to a Ghost last night, and a CCRx has shown up in the past.

Next one is August 21 and I think I'm going to try and bring the TA.

They basically shut down the square in Glen Cove and have everyone park along the street. They try and park all the same car types together and the main 'showstoppers' park right in the middle. Music is playing, the restaurants are open, people milling about. Overall a good time.

I will put this on my calendar for the 21st! Its a very long ride to make from CT on a weeknight, but seeing an S7 in person is well worth it.

Just got back...was a nice event. The staff was professional and ended up meeting a couple of cool Viper owners that aren't on the forum. They were going to park me right in the front next to the other exotics, but I had already parked and had a Copperhead next to me, so I stayed put.

One guy had a 05 Copperhead and the other guy brought his orange TA and 01 R/T S/C'd. Great people and a lot of interest in the Vipers. Most people don't know that they still make new vipers.

I'm definitely down to go back next time around.
