Infamous "pepper spray cop" back in the news

I am torn on this one. On the one hand, I hate frivolous lawsuits. But on the other hand, I wholeheartedly support the pepper spraying of hippies, be it for a legitimate reason, for fun, or just to get them to shower. So I don't know how to feel on this one.

if we keep letting lawsuits like this one get by, our insurance will be non affordable soon, if they guy has no bodily damage perm. then chalk it up as the risk of life. period. mental turmoil? bs- and if he does have mental turmoil, get over it.
