While installing the nitrous setup, I had to disconnect a few plugs on the engine. The air box came out. Disconnected the maf and the wiring going to the little thing under the air box as well. Also did the drivers side throttle body connector. Not a big deal. Well... While trying to figure out what wire on the 6 wire harness is the voltage out for the signal to the progressive controller I had to put the key in the ignition. The maf and little thing under the air box were left disconnected as I had a jumper wire trying to figure out the voltage thing by gently manually moving the throttle body blade. Fyi... upper forward wire is the 0-5 volt output. Well, I turned the key off to reconnect everything and the little red lightning bolt on the dash was flashing. Fast forward to test drive... No nitrous on. The car check engine light is not illuminated. Red light turned off before driving. I take her for a spin. Driving fine under regular driving. I got to where I could open it up, WOT at about 5200 to 5500 the cel and red flashing lightning bolt turn on and car goes into limp mode. I slowed down and stopped. Shut her off, waited a few min, the started her up. Red light is gone but thecel was on . Scanned the ecu and got a 12 item list of codes. Fuck.
After a couple drive cycles, the cel goes out, but the codes still show up. I then swapped out the ecu and put the oem in, cel is instantly on. It's got a few codes as well after the first drive. Not all that inspiring of confidence.

p210e
p2127
p2132
C1052
c0430
p3139
p2001
p0820
Question... are the codes able to be stored in multiple computers in this thing so they don't clear by swapping ecu's. As an example are they also stored in the bcm? The codes were pulled with the torque application from android and elm 327 BT module.
Sorry if this seems like a giant ramble. Try per out on a phone and posted via cellular carrier.

I can't really help as far as diagnosing, but I listed all the codes that I could find. Did you try disconnecting your battery for a bit? I had 6 codes (IAT, TPS, etc) and was freaking out. I replaced my TPS and IAT sensor and all codes still remained. After disconnecting my battery for a bit, all the codes went away except for my 2 rear 02 sensors because of my headers.

It's disconnected right now. Hoping it helps. I'll reconnect I'd think 12 hrs should be enough.

Still have 11 out of the 12 codes present. I really don't want to bring this into the dealer to get fixed. Heck, I'm not even sure what's wrong.

Thank you for all the pm's from those who wanted to help. 1 single loose connector made the majority of the nightmares start. Replaced connector end and re pinned the connection on the drivers side throttle body connection. The codes would not clear without the starscan. They were hard codes in the computer and my tool would not reset them.
