Club Bylaws

I have a question about club bylaws.
Are the bylaws the same for the local and National club.? Or does each club vote on it's own separate bylaws?
Do we (Houston) have bylaws that are different then nationals?

We're starting a full re-writing since we changed club affiliations. Current club members will need to vote to accept them so they will be emailed out for review and approval.

The by-laws have been updated to reflect the new club affiliation as well as fine tuning a few other things that needed attention. They've been circulated to the current VOA membership for a vote. Please take a few minutes to read them and reply to the email your vote by September 10, 2014.

All the officers except Wheeler are doing a great job. :)

Actually, y'all really are doing an awesome job. I appreciate the openness and willingness to discuss issues and non-issues. And the speed at which member suggestions and questions are looked at and acted upon.
