Some folks might not like it, but I just had orange GTS stripes added to my #8 black T/A Viper and I think it looks phenomenal. They were painted on following exact measurements and lots of clear coat :dude3:

Nice! I like it too!
I was wondering how the GTS stripes would look on the SRT hood and it looks good!

curious, why did you decide to not carry the stripes over the rear spoiler?

My guess would be because the aero spoiler on the TA is exposed carbon fiber. I personally think it looks good without the stripes going through it. Im not a fan of all stripe applications, but this definitely looks good, IMO.

That was exactly my thought - exposed CF.

Don't want to be a downer either as the quality looks real good, but like Flatout, I am not feeling it for some reason. Might be the camera angles and lighting but just not catching my eye. Actually on that car as you have it now, it might look good with Orange rims to have an effect similar to the 1.33 ACRS which had red rims. The all Black on the side looks a little weird with the brighter stripes down the center. The Orange Rims might really set it off. Photoshop Opp!

What about an orange ring around the outer perimeter of the rim, and orange anodized center caps and lug nuts?

Why no stripe through the license plate area?

Bay,
Vipers need stripes !!! A solid color Viper is like a super model naked. A striped Viper is like that same model naked but with 5" heels !!!
Great job. Stripes and a unique color as well......nice work !!
Bet its even better in real life as these gen V's seem to be hard to photograph

Wow! not a fan at all, if it was done on a regular viper I will give it a thumb up but on a T/A not the way to go.

Stripes? Not on a TA man... Cmon.
Stripes are so old fashion anyways. They look silly on new cars.

Stripes Old fashion ???
Since the Gen V is a throwback design based on the Gen 2, this should be OK then
I think the OP's car makes a far more impressive statement with stripes than without

It looks great, OP. Nicely done.
Very nice indeed. Like the contrast...real eye catcher.

I had to let it marinate for a day but I think it looks very nice; I'd do the calipers orange as well to add some "pop". Good job OP!!!

If I was asked what I thought before the operation was done, I would've advised against it. I have to admit that it's definitely growing on me. If I saw it on the street I'd definitely give it a thumbs up. JD

I think it looks pretty good! I also like the old fashioned comment regarding stripes on a throwback design (gen 5). :) I agree, orange calipers would help pull it all together nicely. I guess I'm in the "I love stripes on vipers" category.
