Charlotte Cars and Coffee - Saturday, Jun. 7th

Anyone in the area have an interest in meeting up and heading to the Charlotte Cars and Coffee this weekend?

I'm thinking about going and would be heading over pretty early, would imagine being there by 7am or so. Let me know if anyone is interested and maybe we can meet beforehand.

I will be in Charlotte this Saturday to link up with Bob before he departs on the 7 day/ 1,500 mile Hot Rod Power Tour. I will meet with him at zmax dragway but I may be able to hit C&C also.
I will not be driving the Viper though.

Ok guys, looks like we have a few people interested. I've never been so I only know what I've read, but apparently we need to be there early. I believe the event starts at 730am so I'm thinking try to be at the lot by 7am or a little after. I'd like to meet beforehand so we can drive in and park together - I'll need to check a map out and figure out somewhere close by we could meet up. More to come on that.

I ve been there once, and i'll be going to this one too, we can meet before and drive together, the other time i went ( last year), i went and met with chuck(cbr-acr), and he parks at the side of the parking lot that meets with the main road(front of the parking lot), we'll probably see him there too, we can park there to if you like , anyway see you guys(and gals) on saturday.

Ok Angel, I txt'ed the address to you but I'll post here too. Meeting at an elementary school parking lot that's really close to the C&C parking lot. Meet time is 730am for anyone getting to C&C in the early morning. We should have one or two coming by later in the morning.

If you're coming but haven't talked to me yet, let me know so we can be on the lookout for you. Obviously all this depends on weather, so if the weather is bad we'll scratch the trip..

Even though it was a bit cloudy for the most of the morning, a lot of people were at the Charlotte Cars & Coffee yesterday and lots of cool cars! Easily several hundred cars in attendance. Had a few VOA members in attendance as well! 6 total Vipers, 4 of which were VOA-member cars.

After we left the C&C and on Angel's recommendation, we all (except for Rich who was heading over to the Hot Rod Power Tour) went to Punta Cana, a Puerto Rican/Dominican restaurant in Charlotte for an excellent lunch! Some new friends tagged along as well!
