FYI there is a recall for a ORC module that can cause the air bag to go off. I just got my notice yesterday taking it in on the 12th.

Thanks for the heads up. I beleive you have the only 03-04 in the COAVA club, but the rest of the Viper community will like to know.

Had mine done 4 weeks ago. Despite what the instructions say. tech says wasn't a bad job. Can't even tell the dash was taken apart.

They don't have to "look at it", find another dealer. If your VIN is in the recall, they can have the part in a few days, my dealer did. Several of us here and on the "other site" have had it done, and if your tech is competent, you're in and out in a couple hours.

Thanks I will
Had mine done. My parts guy said they will make enough parts for a partial fulfillment of the recall because they don't expect all cars to be fixed. The part is about 6 feet long and splices in to existing cables. It does require dis-assembly of the dash. Took the tech at my local dealer about 3 hours plus to do it. You don't want to see it while they do it. Should have taken a picture to post - dash is completely apart. But, I figure it is better than an airbag in the face. Better get in line if you want it done.
