Pull interior rear view mirror apart??

I want to install a radar detector display inside my rear view so I bought a brand new mirror without even looking at my current one. Now that I have the new one in my hand it's not obvious how to seperate the mirror from the housing.

So just wanted to see if anyone else has done this.
