some people can't even enter the correct email address.

My membership number is 111
However on the member portal it is 0111
That's what I used when I registered. Make sure you have at least 4 digits?

Ya me too. I was panicking as the numbers was getting lower and being on an iPad doesn't work with sausage fingers
