First time tracking my 'new to me' 2008 ACR from tracking an '01 GTS.
This Viper is AWSOME on the track! It was sooooo easy to drive, I didn't realize how much energy I was using to control the Gen II on the track.
The seats are a bit uncomfortable and window visibility is less than the GenII, but overall I would say the ACR is the way to go if you like doing track events. I drive to/from the track and run Michelin SS tires, stock wing/susp. adjustment, so it was easy to drive 5 hrs, run the track and drive home. I am in instructor group, so I would say for my first time in the car I was in the top 3rd in timing with street tires, hope to improve that with seat time.:)
