I just got a set of PSS's mounted on SRT 6-spokes and the tire place inflated them at 35 PSI fronts and 30 PSI rears.
Thinking this is too high, but they said it was the required spec.
I had the old PS2's they replaced at 29 PSI all around for street driving.
What are you running your PSS's at for the street?

Run 28psi when it is warm. 30PSI when it is cold.

35 cold
42 hot.

A track buddy of mine ran them last weekend and felt the most grip in the low 40 range.
I just put them on my ACR today and put them at 35 for street driving, max is 50 on these tires.

Hi Detlef,
I set my PSS's at 29 psi. That is what Discount Tires in Loveland recommended.

Glad you got your new tires on for May. I need to do the oil change and we are ready to cruise to Sedona!

I went to Discount Tire in FtC and they set it at different pressure than yours.
Anyway, based on the feedback, I've set them all back to 29 PSI cold.
Oil and lube was just done and I am ready for AZ as well :o

I like to run 32 with nitrogen in them.

Per the manual 29 PSI cold all the way around works fine for the street. For the track is a whole different parameter.

What pressure do you set for track running?

Supersports like more pressure than most on the track. 38psi HOT at the track is what I recommend. As for the street, they won't be coming up that much in psi from temp so i'd start off anywhere between 32-35psi cold.

I was wondering if anyone else has run the PSS on the track. Got my first track day coming up this weekend. Will be driving to the track and filling up air at the local gas station.

Where do I start?

Do I just fill to 35 psi, drive to the track, do a few warm laps and then check what the pressure is to set the correct HOT psi?
