Hey gang, the wife’s moving us to Co Sprgs. Checkin to see how many Vipers are out there and what all kinds of car shows, etc. there are.

Was out there this past week looking at houses. No luck yet. Those, I liked, go so darn fast. Coming back for sure in a couple of weeks.

Look forward to meeting up

Thx

Good luck and we will miss you guys! Surprised VOA members in Colorado have not responded as they have a much bigger Club than we do in the Crossroads Region, though to be fair they just got back from a big two State Cruise they do every year. You will have fun in Co. Springs, and perfect move since the next VOA National Event will be held right there.

Colorado Springs is gorgeous. My aunt used to live out there.

It has gotten quite commercialized and busy now. Don't speed on I-25 haha

Hey Bill, thank you for the kind words. I will miss you guys, too.

Cobra, yes, it is growing quite a bit and it is beautiful out here. Thanks for the tip about 25.

Viper98, We welcome you to Colorado. You will love it here. It is a beautiful part of the country. Our region, CO/WY/UT/MT, is one of the most active in the nation. I like to think the most active. We have events every few weeks. We have taken 2 week road trips through WY, MT, OR, WA, CA, NV and Canada. Over this past Memorial Day we had a multiday trip through New Mexico stopping in Taos, Sante Fe, Los Alomos, etc.

This 4th of July the club is heading to Ouray, CO for the long weekend. We've been there several times and have always had a great time. We drive our cars in the 4th of July parade, we go off road in rented Jeeps, and generally have fun. Of course I have to mention that NVE 5 will be sponsored and organized by our region in Colorado Springs in September of 2023. If you PM me your email I will send you our calendar of events. I am the membership director for our region and you can reach out to me anytime. Sorry I didn't see your post sooner, I have been travelling back and forth to Boston. My daughter had our second grandson last night.

Congrats George, you are one ahead of me since I only have one grandson, ha. I am sure both of those young boys will eventually be able to tell their friends that Grandpa taught them to drive a manual.

I will concur that the Rocky Mountain Region is one of the best in the US, and Viper 98 I imagine you will find that fun times are ahead after your move.
