New engine mount problem

I installed new polyurethane engine and transmission mounts because my old ones were ruined. I notice a lot more vibrations, the gears are a little more difficult to shift, and I have the impression of hearing noises that I did not hear before. did you have these differences when changing engine mounts?

Well-known symptoms of poly mounts. A little of the NVH should subside as they break in.

Mirrors all vibrate now so they are pretty much useless...even the rear view.

Are your header turnouts touching the frame where they enter the side sills?
