The pop-up power port (say that three times fast!) in my center console will not pop up. Any ideas on how to fix this? I assume that I will need to remove the console which I have not done yet.

It’s just unscrewing the shift knob and popping up the console. Disconnect the window switch plugs and the power plug and that should be all there is to it.
Mine acted up once but just needed a firm tap in the right spot to get it going again.

I don't know exactly how to fix it without know what is wrong. But, ya, like stated above, it is super easy to remove the console trim. It takes like 5 minutes and that was with no prior knowledge.
Once you have that pulled up, you might be able to determine what the issue with the popup is. FYI, the cable connected to it is just a friction fit. Just pull straight down, not to the side.
Shifter trim/boot allen heads, pop off console cover, disconnect window switches and power port...easy peasy.
Keep in mind, it is hot all of the time, just something to keep in mind if you monkey with anything. If you have to replace it, I am hoping it is a readily sourced and affordable part.
