Rare Non-Extreme sale. I'm going to assume there's a massive reserve on this one that won't be met, unless there are two rich guys out there chasing this color combo.....

Keep in mind - the sellers started the BaT process months ago. From thinking about BaT, contacting BaT, application, pics, edit, etc.

Will seen another 3-6 weeks of Vipers until the inventory stops from owners realizing the state of the market.

Gen II has been hit hard.

It takes that long? I didn't realize that. I would think sellers would be able to edit everything up until the time of sale, especially reserves etc.
I can't imagine the circumstance where you would own this car and be like "if it hits $270K I'll sell it, but not for $240K. Either you want the garage spot or you don't. Am I wrong here? I can't imagine having a car, but a 10% variance on it's value making me suddenly want to get rid of it. Especially a collector car like this that just sits there.

I have always loved the silver with blue stripe combo. :dude3: The gen2 GTS featured in the Viper VHS "manual" was the very first one I ever saw in this combination. Beautiful!
Now this 2016 ACR is beautiful as well. (They all are!) It's not an Extreme though, so I don't think this will command top dollar.

Not an Extreme as pointed out and the MSRP is a good $30K under several of the other cars offered recently. I noticed some of the exotic car dealers have been bidding to the $220-230K range before folding. Guess they are looking for sales prices $20K or so above that in the not too distant future to make good on their investment. I doubt they are looking at long term investments - too much overhead.

Also interesting to note that the blue stripes are not stock. Likely vinyl and not painted under clear coat…

As noted, not original stripe car, basic ACR and essentially no options, I doubt this will go high. I’d does look nice but compared to what has come through lately, not anything special (if you can even say that about a Viper)

A no option base ACR. Even with low mileage I don't see this getting above 200k.

And is it appropriate to say vinyl stripes on a basically new car that could have had them painted on when new is cheap, cheap, cheap. Then again I can see the new owner faking an ACR-E with just a few add ons. Seen it before.

He needs to fire his photographer.
It's a Viper ACR, not a lifted truck. Why is it parked on grass?

Natural environment, snake in the grass LOL

I agree grass and muddy tires probably wasn't the best idea LOL

Going to have to bring in a translator on this one.
