That tried to get going in NC, and best I can figure out, it never did. But for the cost of a "car condo", you could build a fabulous garage on your own property. I could see this if someone wanted to downsize their home, yet wanted to keep their toys. But dang, it is way expensive!

That is my thought. I mean, I understand others can afford it and would enjoy the experience of sharing the space with others. Some may have so many vehicles they would LOVE to have another space to place them. Unfortunately, I do not. :)

They do cars and coffee at the local place every month in the summer.
