Is it the programming wire for the alarm? I guess I should just tuck it out of the way? This is the one we ground to program key fobs?

Ah, that's what that dang wire is for. I thought it was something the previous owner did when they put in the aftermarket radio that came in my car. Assumed it went to some accessory as I couldn't figure out where it went.
