As the title says. I’m looking for gen V with a clean title. Prefer stock but may be fine with light mods. I would highly prefer a white (even orange) TA 1.0, but would consider a white SRT or GTS. Any leads would be also appreciate. Cash buyer.
Thank you
Richard

I know of 3 white TA's for sale currently. One in NY, one in PA and 1 in TX. Have you not seen them? What price range are you looking in?

Hey Dr. Duct, do you have a link to the ones in TX or PA? The one on eBay, the seller and I couldn’t make a deal. Thanks.

I think the NY car is pretty competitively priced. You probably aren't seeing anything below $130k right now with sub 25k miles. The longer you wait, the more it will be.

Thanks for the offer. I’m not looking for an ACR at this time.

The NY car really is perfect and priced fair considering it has less than 5k miles. It sounds like you’re looking to buy a white TA for under market value in a seller’s market. Good luck with your search.

Agree.
- NY Car is an awesome example.
- PA Car is a good car to get if you want to drive it between $135-140k.
- TX car is $125-130k

So these cars are only grossly overpriced when you’re looking to buy but apparently not when you’re looking to sell.

That's what I thought. Considering the current market, I think the TA's are reasonably priced.

When I got into the market at the end of 2020, I had a very tough time with the 6 figure prices as all of the late 2020 sales were in the 90's. I wasn't comfortable being the first guy to pay the $120k+ prices. I didn't have an issue with affording it, I had the issue with being the first guy to take that gamble... At this point, there are quite a few TA's that have traded $120-160k depending on specs, history and mileage. Very happy that I finally found the right car at the right price for me and I think in todays market, the TA is still a very very good bang for your buck at $130-140.

I’m waiting for the PPI on #21 to be done. Excited is an understatement. Hoping to get the deal wrapped up in the next few days.

I hope the report is satisfactory to you. I have 73,000 kms on my '14 black TA and it is just a spectacular car in every way...on the street for our weekly Viper club events, on 1-2 week long road trips with my wife (and always a helmet), and carving through a packed field on the race track. I wouldn't expect that any particular '14 might PPI as being perfect, but there's not much that can't be made to be perfect once you get your hands on one...and that's the part that is getting really, really hard!
Good luck!

That's awesome! Glad it's worked out for both of you! It's an awesome example. I understand the wait... Took me two weeks to get mine. It was almost better than having it. I didn't sleep at all those two weeks.

I just wanted to update the thread. In short, #21 is mine. She’ll be on an enclosed trailer soon for the long journey from NY to CA. Again, thank you for all the advice. The seller, Giancarlo, has been amazing throughout the whole process. Not only is this the start of my Viper journey, but making a new friend in the process was a nice bonus.

Thank you for sharing the pictures, Brian. Based on the car’s history, I am guessing you were the original owner?

Richard! Congrats my friend. If you don't have a shipper yet... I highly highly recommend Brandon Wilkinson. He's a member of all the Viper Facebook groups and has shipped a lot of our cars (including my TA). He's a single car trailer and has a lot of experience with Vipers. He's got world class communication as well and is just an outstanding guy. Shoot me a text or call if you want his info. I'll shoot you a message with my info.

Yes sir, delivered 10-2014.
If you haven't lined up a shipper yet, you may want to call Andrew at Southern Integrity Auto Transport. I have had a lot of Vipers shipped over the years and these guys are the best of the bunch. www.southernintegrityautotransport.com
