Gen 2 starring issue

Dear All,
Looking for some Support on the stating issue of Gen 2.
The car was parked for couple of years and now after replacing battery lights turn on but nor the crank and starter motor are engaging.
Even no sound of fuel pump.
Any idea what and where to check.

Check clutch position sensor switch. As a test, one can jump this switch to see if starter engages. If you do this, it is FOR TESTING ONLY and quite dangerous to leave in place past testing endeavor.

Next, check fuel pump relay...and, consider rechecking fuel pump main feed which comes off of battery positive terminal as it is easy to damage this lead when changing the battery.

Also check starter relay and wiring connections to starter.

I HOPE creatures have not damaged wiring during storage.

I tired with jumping that clutch sensor but no luck I check the main feed have power and all fuse seems okay, but where is fuel pump relay even I swapped some of relay from the hood fuse box but still same.

Fuel pump and fuse is in trunk in the driver side corner. Relay on bottom, fuse is on top...all under a small rectangular cover that has labels in the lid.

That said, fuel pump problem would not prevent starter from engaging.

When the ignition switch is in the start position, do you measure 12V on both sides of the fuse providing power to the starter solenoid? Do you measure 12V on one pin of the connector that connects to the clutch pedal sensor if you disconnect it and measure? This schematic is from 1998 service manual. I do not guarantee that it is correct for whatever year or model Viper you are troubleshooting.

Yes it’s 12V on both side even I bypass the clutch pedal sensor but still same starter not engaging no sound (TICK) even

Well, IMHO, the next step is to measure and report the voltage at each of the nodes in the schematic, at the relay and the starter, with the ignition switch in the start position.
