Sold on BAT for 140k in March.

Now on BAT no reserve at 110k 13 hours left.

I do think it will end higher than 110k, but this is why people shouldn’t be buying for the sake of flipping thinking they will make a profit. I personally think market is cooling a bit so unless 2 people go on a bidding war, the seller will likely lose money on this car and will have not been even able to enjoy the car for what it is in these past few months of ownership. Beautiful car and wished I could’ve had an opportunity to buy a blue with stripes Gen V when I was in the market.

If yes, then would you care?

If yes, then based on your financial status how long will you look for the $1?


Imagine that this seller is in same position. If you follow BaT, then you know the seller. I believe his checking account is 3x my houses worth.

He clearly states why he is selling in the comments on July 7th. He is not flipping.

From the moment it closed I thought $140 was too much for that car.

It's owned by the same person that just sold the #001 GTSR.

The seller has spent over $2 mil on BAT since November.


I thought The Dude Abides was listing on behalf of the seller. Maybe I read that wrong....

Correct, he's just a middle man.

The seller has sold $1,636,000 of vehicles since beginning of May.

For perspective, he has multiple vehicles that are each double this figure.

If you met him on the street, you'd never know and think it was him...
