Hi Mike and welcome! Months ago Maurice still had a few special copies I believe, but otherwise you may have to scan ebay. The books sold out quickly when they were released. Send a PM to mauricev10

I bought one from Maurice a few months ago. I think he had a few left, Very cool book and a good read for sure. I flipped through all the pics and they were incredible. The shipping to Calgary was ridiculous though. Good luck.
