I finally got around to customizing my 2013 Ram truck, to keep a theme with my 2013 Viper. I bought the two vehicles a week apart. One thing I really like is the similarities that both vehicles have, on the interior and exterior. Dodge hit a home run with the newest Ram trucks, in terms of styling and fit/finish. I used to be a diehard GM truck guy, but my recent trucks have been Rams.

Here are the subtle mods that I did on my truck.

2" Rough Country suspension lift
Taller/Wider 295/60-20 Nitto Terra Grappler tires
Painted the factory chrome grille insert matte black
Shaved all of the chrome factory emblems
Swapped out chrome ram's head emblems front and rear with factory blacked out emblems
Installed painted fender flares
Fuel "Maverick" wheels model D538, 20x9.0 +1 offset
Bak-Flip folding hard tonneau cover
Amp Research automatic side steps

Love'em both. That's a great stable right there. The mods on the Ram are very tasteful and not over the top. Nice job.

Nice Tony!

I've never had a exact matching pair like that, but I always have a nice lifted truck to compliment my Vipers :)

Interior on the Sport Edition is also pretty sweet. Has the same radio/navigation and same TFT dash panel display as the Viper.

Overall, it has been a great truck. I've already put about 14,000 miles on it. It is the Hemi V8 with 8-speed automatic trans. The truck has averaged a steady 18.9-19.2 mpg, and only requires 87 octane. The other brands do not ride nearly as smooth, nor do they have the cabin quietness from wind and road noise. The Ram with the rear coil spring suspension is excellent.

Oh, and here is one of the GM's that I own. To keep with the theme, and all. 2014 Camaro SS 1LE. Basically the road course package on an SS. Great car, so far.

Very tasteful, all three of them! I haven't seen many customized Rams but yours certainly looks a cut above stock.

Hell yeah dude! Truck looks awesome! The Z28 makes the Viper look so small.

I miss my 04 Cummins Dually. Also was white. Don't miss the fuel cost though, especially with diesel $4.50/gallon around here!

I had a solid black '04 Cummins dually (Sport package), then a solid white '06 sport package. I don't miss the rough ride and noisy cabin on my last truck. The newer ones are far more comfortable and smoother riding. I sold the 28' enclosed trailer, it was a hassle to load and pull around. That is why I went back to a gasser. My last truck:

Very nice! I had the Sport package on my 04. It was my DD for a few years. Don't miss parking that beast either.

If I were to go back to a truck now, it would be a 2500 6.4 Hemi gasser.
