I just bought a 2014 GTS and started noticing a loud "clicking" noise in the rear. Its mostly noticeable when going over dips/bumps in the road or pulling into the driveway.

My daughter took a quick video while I was in the car shaking side to side and the clicking is pretty loud. Anyone have this issue? Haven't had a chance to bring it into the shop and take a deeper look but if anyone has any insights about what to look for or what it could be that would greatly appreciated. I'm completely new to these cars.

Something is binding for sure...that's pretty damn loud.

First thing I'd check would be the the upper/lower ball joints to make sure they are properly greased (should be a zerk for each if I'm not mistaken).

inspect ball joints, sway bar end links, bushings.

I would remove the wheel, inspect everything. than if nothing is found rubber mallet and tap all the major components and see if you can replicate it.

Good thing is it so loud you should be able to find it lol

One outside possibility is the CV joint. Another stretch is binding within the mechanical part of the brake hydraulics.

I'd put the rear up on ramps, and do test while someone is underneath listening and feeling for the click.

It's doing that without any movement?
