Hi guys,

I just picked up the car I have been lusting after since high school. I found a very nice Steel Grey 2000 GTS ACR. I was directed to this site by Chuck Tator. Super nice guy and sounds like he knows what he's talking about. I was floating around those "other" viper forums and haven't been too impressed. I even joined the club. I know I'm in a fairly inactive area for club events but hope to get to a few gatherings from time to time. We have a new racing facility south of New Orleans that I am looking forward to getting on and perhaps see a few snakes show themselves. I never see Vipers on the road anymore. I love the idea of having a car that is fairly rare. I have been to two car shows this past weekend and people just swarm the car. The best part is when they ask what year it is, they seem shocked that it is a 14 year old car. I think I'm going to really enjoy owning my dream car.

Welcome! Jealous of your weather. I grew up in Slidell and would kill for southern Lousiana weather here in the midwest right now.

Looks like you have some nice upgrades on the car, Belanger Headers Gen 3 front brakes :)

One thing I would recommend to change are the flexi rubber air filter tubes that connect the air box to the throttle body's.

Get yourself some Silicone smooth tubes :) You can also get performance hi flow air filters (you may already have them)?
