Tires recommendation 18s front 19s back

Time to change the tires getting to be over 10 years old. Only street driving, only during the summer. Car is stored in a none heated garage in winter, so it can get down to 0F on coldest days. What do you recommend for best tracking on a street in the summer that won't get hurt by being parked in the cold during winter?
