Hood ajustment

First question/post about my new (to me) 2002 RT10. The front of the hood on the drivers side looks like it needs to be a few mm lower. Is the latch difficult to adjust/lower? Most of the body panels line up well otherwise.

It is not difficult. Lower the hood bumper, lower the catch plate, raise the hood bumper to snug.
