Through Dec. 4, Hagerty is asking everyone to post the logo or a photo of your favorite small business to their Instagram page along with the hashtag #HagertyDrivingGratitude. For each hashtag used, Hagerty will donate to a nonprofit helping small businesses. I decided to do my part by visiting several local auto shops that have kept the classic car community on the road despite this difficult year. My first stop: Hammer & Dolly Automotive Restorations in Traverse City, where I spent a few minutes with owner Adam Hammer.
Joining us in this effort are some pretty cool Instagram influencers like Sung Kang of "Fast & Furious" fame, race car driver Patrick Long, Luke Ditella, Brendan Fallis, and Courtney Hansen, host and executive producer of The Ride That Got Away. Check out their Instagram feeds for what they did on their Gratitude Drives.
