Survey sent out today

I have a suggestion regarding the survey that was sent out earlier today; there are several questions that need to ability to select multiple answers, but they are currently limited to one. Questions #2 and #25 read like they can have multiple answers yet we are limited. I've tried several web browsers to be sure that wasn't the issue, same result.

We don't have region events as our region is the whole country!
Shows? Indoor / outdoor, Cars and coffee meets? I guess the survey applies more to people in the USA. Than UK and Europe.

Having just 20 members across UK And Europe, it's hard to get people together.
