engine starting problem

My 94 sometimes starts and shuts down two or three times before it stays running. the alarm doesn't seem to function all the time .Is there a way to turn the alarm system off?

Yes, there is a way to deactivate the alarm. From your short description, I am not certain that the alarm is the only issue.

I have a 2000 dodge viper and i am having the same problem. The engine will crank over relentlessly but will not fire. We have had this happen before and it is usually to do with the antitheft(alarm) but thi time everything we have tried will not work. I was just wandering if deactivating the alarm worked for you.
