It seems that I have lost the only key and alarm FOB to my 2008 Viper, any advice or experience here on what the best course of action is here? I am based in Las Vegas.
Thanks, Michael.

First off, you can take your full VIN and your PROOF of ownership to a CJDR dealer and ask Parts Dept to cut a new key using a standard Chrysler blank...noting that there is no chip in the key for your year.

Next, obtain a new key fob and the dealer Techs can program it to your car. Many dealers charge $250-300 for a new fob and programming. Some folks buy a fob from a site vendor such as PartsRack.

Finally repeat above as it is foolish to have only one set.

Michael, if there is a delay on the fob...don't worry as you can still get by with just the key...including use of the alarm, alarm deactivation, keyed entry, and "sleep mode". If you need any coaching including entry before you get the new key...feel free to call me. 317 402 9013.

As you can tell from my first post, I favor redundancy over the long term.
