Interior Plaque

Hey, just a stupid question I spent a bit searching and couldn't find an answer what do the interior plaques mean? mine is a 2016 TA 2.0 Competition Blue and says "Custom Designed by Unique Viper Hand Built In Detroit" i've seen others that just said SRT. Thanks!

The prior owner installed a Doug Shelby custom plaque. It is an overlay, held in place with two sided tape. I factory plaque is underneath. It will be labeled SRT with a three digit number.
If you want your own plaque you can go to the DSE website and order it to your personal specs.

Check your VIN. If in the middle you have DED then you have a GTC 1 of 1 and the plaque was designed by the original car order. If it is DEA it is an SRT and someone changed the plaque.

Same as mine, you have a GTC 1 of 1 with Group TA2.0 option. Your car came with a custom dash plaque, probably the "Custom Designed by Unique Viper Hand Built In Detroit" and also a standard one saying only ''GT'' on it, and no series #, see pic of mine.
Also the exterior badge behind the front wheel should say ''VIPER '' with ''GT'' underneath.
Not being a ''TRUE'' TA2.0, your car came with full sound insulation inside and a more relaxed for cruising .50 ratio for 6th gear (instead of .63), also the Original owner could order the car with his choice of radio and interior options. Mine came with demonic red seats and seat belts and 18 speakers radio. Standard X brace over the engine was the standard Silver one, unless it was ordered with the Carbon one which came standard on True TA2.0

i gave my answer based on you saying that you have a TA2.0. I didn't know that you have a GTC with TA parts. Did your car come with the TA2.0 package or the TA2.0 group. There was about $9000.00 difference in the two options. If it has the package most would consider it a true TA. If it has the TA group it only some of the parts that make it a TA.
Some people are will only consider it a true TA if it's numbered.
