Almost 15 years old! In cold climates, traction would be as good as a slab of ice but since you are in FL, it is not necessarily as bad as the date might suggest. WHat is the tread depth in 32nds. If it is below 4/32nds (checked at multiple locations on each tire), I would change. The manufacturer wear indicators are usually at 2/32nds. I don't see any dry rot either.
I should add that if you drive it hard, then change it.
