On my quest to 2799 lbs with the cage, titanium exhaust is a must. Here's one side complete, 100% titanium. Years ago I ordered the Agency Power titanium exhaust kit but the welds/bends were so bad I felt it would cost me horsepower, no thanks. We are also getting rid of the slips and clamps and V-banding it to the header, that saves another 1.5 lbs per side.

That looks great, Im sure it that titanium will have a great sound as well!! Will the db level be too loud for the track considering its straight out without the crossover?

Gen IVs and Vs don't have a crossover.

Looks stunning but Wouldn’t aluminum have been lighter?

No, aluminum doesn't hold up as well and you have to run a thicker wall so it ends up being heavier. No other lighter options for exhaust except inconel which is a whole other level of cost..

Let's keep it classy, folks.

AZ Vipes: can you shorten the system to drop more weight? I was toying with the idea of running a "hi-flow" cat and a turn down/cut out right where the inspection access hole is.... just a thought... you've clearly got some length issues. :)

Viper Exchange uses a titanium exhaust as well. Any idea who manufactured the one they sell?

Yeah I wanted to, but Nasa rules do not allow the exhaust to exit before the drivers face for safety reasons

The Viper Exchange one is just the muffler. That's the muffler you see in my pic. The rest of it is aluminum, about 13 lbs heavier than what you see above
